Stacy wrote the cover story for the September 2004 issue of The Kent Reporter (circulation 80,000+), and a feature article for the May 2005 issue of Seattle Woman Magazine. Stacy Bannerman has produced by-lined articles for: The African-American Voice, Diversity Magazine, The Edge, Heartlight Magazine, The Fellowship of Reconciliation Magazine, Fig Tree, The Inlander, and The Spokesman-Review. She also wrote Preventing and Addressing Sexual Harassment in Schools and the Workplace, a CDROM curriculum that is being distributed and used internationally by Virtual Education Software. In October 2004, her editorials, "Senator Warner Misses Meeting with Military Families Speak Out." and "Bring It On: Defining Support." were widely distributed and published on-line at Common Dreams, Indy Media, Alt. Net, Pulse of the Twin Cities, and others. Her poem, "Boots on the Ground" is featured on the Poets Against the War Website and on Voices in Wartime. Two of her short stories are posted on the Pacific Northwest Writers Association Website, and she was a finalist in their annual Literary Contest (2004).
